Els protocols aplicats es dirigeixen a trobar les variables fisiol\u00f2giques associades al rendiment de lesportista i a analitzar com evoluciona el seu metabolisme a diferents intensitats d\u201fesfor\u00e7.<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s de mesurar la composici\u00f3 corporal de l&#8217;esportista, es realitza una ergoespirometria i\/o an\u00e0lisi del lactat en sang durant l&#8217;exercici.
